By accessing or using the Mino Labs website ('Site') and purchasing any products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Site or purchase our products.

You must be at least 21 years of age to access this Site and purchase products. By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. Mino Labs reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to refuse service to anyone who cannot verify their age.

All products sold by Mino Labs are strictly for in-vitro research and laboratory use only. Products are not intended for human or animal consumption, medical use, therapeutic use, diagnostic use, or any other purpose not explicitly stated. By purchasing products from Mino Labs, you confirm that:

• You are a qualified researcher or are purchasing on behalf of a research institution.
• You will use all products solely for legitimate research purposes.
• You will not administer any product to humans or animals.
• You will comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding the purchase and use of research chemicals.

Mino Labs makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions, purity levels, and Certificates of Analysis (CoAs). However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Site are error-free. All products are provided 'as is' for research purposes. Purity percentages are based on third-party laboratory testing at the time of manufacture.

All orders are subject to acceptance by Mino Labs. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity. Payment must be received in full before orders are processed and shipped.

Mino Labs will make reasonable efforts to ship orders promptly. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Mino Labs is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@minolabsresearch.com with photos and your order details. Refunds or replacements for damaged/incorrect items are issued at our sole discretion.

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Mino Labs and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mino Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mino Labs, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your use of our products, violation of these Terms, or violation of any applicable law or regulation.

The products sold on this Site have not been evaluated or approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). These products are not drugs, dietary supplements, food additives, or food ingredients. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

Mino Labs reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
